Proof of ownership (title/registration), insurance (required), the items to be stored, and the owner (as indicated on the title) must be present at lease signing. Enclosed trailers cannot be used for storage and must remain empty while on the property. Items 10 years or older, must be in good condition (roadworthy, no duct tape, damage, rust, etc.) and require management’s approval. Inoperable and damaged items will not be accepted.
